Students have always have been actively involved and willing to perform better & better. Academic discipline, innovative practices in laboratory learning, project based activities right from second year of the course, activities for life skills and wonderful relationships within all the stake holders are the prominent feathers of this institute. The college has developed willingness to adopt and sincerely practice ‘The Change' based on open feedback from students, parents and governing bodies for continuing betterment, for the benefit of all.

Still, lots of stones to be unturned. Involvement of industry in real time teaching-learning, changing from teaching based to learning based psychology are the issues to be taken up. Student community needs to improve much on the areas like, practicing the corporate responsibility based on code of conduct, team efforts to undertake activities like technical festivals, national conferences, etc. The body language should be absolutely professional. I am very sure, with these things done, CEC will be known as one of the best engineering institute in South India (within 3 years from now!) and then will be an institution of national reputation in due course of time.
